Terms and Conditions for the Stylist Soul Tribe 2025 Retreat Ticket Purchase

By purchasing a ticket for the Stylist Soul Tribe 2025 Retreat organized by Lisa Huff Hair LLC ("the Company"), taking place on September 28-30, 2025, in the Denver, Colorado area, you ("the Participant") agree to the following terms and conditions:
Inclusions:
Event Access:
Your ticket purchase grants you access to all workshops, activities, and networking opportunities during the retreat on September 28-30, 2025.
Accommodations:
Your ticket includes lodging for the retreat dates. Room details and accommodations will be provided closer to the event.
No Refunds:
All ticket sales for the Stylist Soul Tribe 2025 Retreat are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be provided for any reason, except in the event of cancellation by the Company.
Payment Plan Obligation and Non-Refundable Clause:
If the Participant opts for a payment plan to cover the cost of the ticket:
Obligation to Complete:
The Participant is fully obligated to complete all payments as stipulated in the payment plan. Failure to make timely payments may result in forfeiture of the Participant's spot at the retreat without any refund of payments made.
Non-Refundable Payments:
All payments made towards the payment plan are non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of the Participant's attendance, cancellation, or any other reason. This includes initial deposits, installments, or any other payments made as part of the payment plan.
By choosing the payment plan option, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these terms and understands the commitment they are undertaking.
Liability Waiver:
The Participant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Lisa Huff Hair LLC, its agents, representatives, employees, and any affiliated entities from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, costs, or expenses arising from or related to any act, error, omission, injury, illness, or loss sustained by the Participant during or as a result of the event.
Food Allergies:
Lisa Huff Hair LLC will not be held responsible or liable for any adverse reactions to foods consumed or items one may come into contact with while attending the event. It is the responsibility of the Participant to inform the Company in advance of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. However, the Company cannot guarantee that foods will not come into contact with allergens.
Cancellation by the Company:
The Company reserves the right to cancel the retreat at any time. In the event of such cancellation, the Company will issue full refunds for the ticket purchase.
Photography and Filming:
By attending the Stylist Soul Tribe 2025 Retreat, the Participant agrees to be photographed and filmed. The Company reserves the right to use any such photographs, videos, or recordings for promotional, marketing, or any other purpose, without any compensation to the Participant.

Modification of Terms:
Lisa Huff Hair LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, including the inclusions, at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Company is registered.
By purchasing a ticket for the Stylist Soul Tribe 2025 Retreat, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
